23 Transformer Manufacturers Across 15 Countries Sourced Insulation Materials from SIDA in 2025

phenolic paper tube · spacers / angle-ring strips · pressure rings · bushings · cooling ducts / oil ducts · epoxy tubes · G10 epoxy laminate sheet · CNC-machined epoxy parts · electrical steel / silicon steel sheet · bolts / studs · insulation accessories.

All materials are manufactured to IEC 60641-3-1 and ISO 9001 requirements and ship with mill test reports and batch-level traceability.

What These 49 Orders Had in Common

Test reports are a precondition, not a bonus. A Thai manufacturer required documented material performance before committing; SIDA supplied density, dielectric-strength and tensile mill data with the shipment. Batch-level traceability is standard on every order.

Repeat ordering is the real qualification. The Spanish customer returned 6 times within one year, expanding from spacers into laminated wood and transformerboard. The Malaysian customer placed 6 orders across 5 material categories, including CNC-machined parts. Repeat orders across categories — not one-off trials — made up most of the 2025 volume.

Responsive fulfillment when something goes wrong. When a shipment to an Algerian customer was found short-loaded, SIDA replenished the missing material by emergency air freight. When a Brazilian customer raised a quality complaint, the after-sales team worked the case through to resolution — the partnership continued, and the account completed 3 orders in 2025.

Flexible order structure. Multi-category, small-batch and rolling orders let customers keep inventory low while qualifying new material categories one at a time.
