Precision Components That Protect Your Transformers
Transformer failures cost OEMs millions. The right insulation components aren't just parts — they're your first line of defense.
Thermal Degradation
Poor-quality insulation fails under sustained heat, leading to catastrophic transformer failure and warranty claims.
Oil Compatibility Issues
Incompatible materials swell, crack, or dissolve in transformer oil, compromising dielectric strength.
Dimensional Inaccuracy
Off-spec components create assembly problems, air gaps, and uneven stress distribution in core assemblies.
Supply Chain Delays
Inconsistent lead times from unreliable suppliers derail production schedules and damage client relationships.
Superior Dielectric Strength
Our laminated densified wood achieves exceptional electrical insulation performance, exceeding IEC 60641 requirements.

Explore Full Product RangeCommon Questions from Transformer Manufacturers
What grades of laminated densified wood do you offer?
We produce grades from T1 to T4 per IEC 60641, with densities ranging from 1.20 to 1.35 g/cm³. Custom density and property grades are available for specialized transformer applications. All grades come with full material certification.
Can you machine components to our drawings?
Absolutely. Our Wanye facility specializes in CNC precision machining of laminated wood components. Send us your CAD files or engineering drawings, and we'll produce samples within 7–10 business days. We work with DXF, DWG, STEP, and IGES formats.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the component complexity. For standard sheets, our MOQ is 500 kg. For custom machined components, we accept orders from 100 pieces. We also offer consolidated shipments combining multiple component types to optimize logistics costs.
How do you ensure material compatibility with transformer oil?
All our laminated wood products undergo oil immersion testing per IEC 60641-2. Our chemically treated grades show <5% oil absorption and zero dimensional change after 1000-hour immersion tests. Learn more about our chemical treatment process →
What certifications do you hold?
Our facilities are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Products comply with IEC 60641, IEC 60243, and NEMA LI 1 standards. Third-party inspection reports from SGS, BV, and Intertek are available. We can arrange witness testing at our facility upon request.
What is your typical lead time?
Standard laminated wood sheets: 2–3 weeks. Custom machined components: 4–6 weeks after drawing approval. Rush orders available for critical projects. We maintain buffer stock for our most common grades to support urgent requirements.
