Machined from glass-fabric-reinforced epoxy laminate to the required drawing and size. G10/FR4 carry 130°C class B positioning; G11/FR5 carry 155°C class F positioning.
3240 Epoxy Fiberglass Threaded Rod
Cut from 3240 sheet and machined to the customer drawing. A class B, 130°C economical alternative where full FR4 mechanical performance is not required.
Laminated Wood Threaded Rods & Nuts
High-density laminated red-beech veneers and thermosetting resin, metal-inspected, with low moisture, easy drying and high oil absorption for transformer structures.
Glass-Fiber Composite Threaded Rods & Nuts
EPR L1, EPR L5, EPR L6 and UPR L9 systems machined from reinforced laminate or molded sheet — each resin system with its own electrical, chemical and mechanical profile.
Glass-Filled Nylon Threaded Rods & Fasteners
30% glass-filled Nylon 6/6 for stiffness, tensile and dimensional stability — specified with moisture conditioning, creep and temperature accounted for in the design.
Phenolic Cotton Cloth Threaded Rods & Nuts
Wound laminate of multiple cotton-cloth layers with thermosetting binder, machined to customer drawings — combining machinability, insulation and mechanical toughness.
