Rigid laminates from FR4 to GPO-3, cut to your drawing.
Epoxy glass, phenolic, polyester and silicone laminates in sheet, tube and rod — cut, machined and drilled for electrical and mechanical structures.
Flagship rigid laminates
FR4 / G10 Epoxy Glass
Glass-fabric epoxy laminate in sheet, tube and rod — the reference material for electrical-mechanical structures at class B (130°C).
G11 / FR5 Epoxy Glass
The high-temperature sibling of G10/FR4 — class F (155°C) retention of mechanical strength for hot-running equipment.
3240 Epoxy Glass Sheet
Epoxy-phenolic glass laminate positioned as the economical class B alternative — widely stocked for general insulation structures.
Phenolic Cotton Cloth Laminate
Cotton-cloth phenolic laminate — mechanical toughness and clean machining for gears, guides, wear parts and insulation.
GPO-3 Glass Polyester
Glass-mat polyester laminate with arc and tracking resistance — the standard for switchgear supports, busbar clamps and arc-exposed structures.
Phenolic Paper (Bakelite) Sheet
Paper-based phenolic laminate — economical, easy to punch and drill, the classic material for terminal boards and general insulation plates.
Grade letters are promises about resin and reinforcement.
FR4, G11, 3240 and GPO-3 differ in resin chemistry, reinforcement and thermal class — not just in price. Substituting by appearance risks hot spots, tracking and mechanical failure. We quote the grade you specify, or flag when an equivalent genuinely qualifies.

Buyer questions, answered precisely
FR4 vs G11 vs 3240: Grade Selection
Three epoxy-glass grades, three price-performance points — pick by temperature and stress, not habit.
